Cicada fore- and hing-wing earrings inspired by the Art-Deco style of Rene´ Lalique. 18 ga. heat-treated titanium wing frames for sturdy long wear. Patina is rainbow and will very from pair to pair. Patina has an "oil slick" look to the color variation. Super-light-weight! Stainless steel ear-wires with sterling silver blossom details. Created from a detailed scientific illustration by the artist of a cicada wings. Wing vein pattern is detailed on both the front and back. Also available in brass. All of my designs are handmade.
