Cicada wing pendant inspired by the Art-Deco style of Rene´ Lalique. Steel wing frames (2 sided), sandwich a faux plique-à-jour style sage tissue paper encapsulated in cyanoacrylate for long wear. Silver ball chain with lobster clasp closure. 4 matching Czech bead dangle from the wing bail. Very lightweight. Created from a detailed scientific illustration by the artist of a cicada forewing. Wing veins pattern is detailed on both the front and back. Also available without beads. Bead colors can be customized on request. All of my designs are handmade.
