Sterling Silver Cicada Wing Ring

Cicada wing ring in solid sterling silver. Cast from life using 2 processes called electroforming and lost wax casting. This wing is sculpted from a ring cicada wing (giant dog-day), tumbled and patinated to bring out the detailed texture of the wing cells and veins. Details are crisp on the inside and out. Band is adjustable. 100% cast in solid sterling. A wonderful statement piece for formal or casual wear. Great as a band for the ring, middle or index finger.
